He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Elena Mesta, and his children: Quirino Utrera Jr, Valerio Utrera, Marcus Mesta, and Celeste Mesta. Victor was also cherished by his grandchildren, Ava Marie Utrera and Lorenzo Mesta.

Victor's legacy of hard work, wisdom, and kindness will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
