Virginia is survived by her sons Jerry Martinez, Rene Martinez and David Martinez; her sister Esther Rodriguez Montalvo. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Virginia was preceded in death by her son Arturo Martinez †.

A visitation for Virginia will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Chapel of Peace at, Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at 11:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
