Mary A. Murillo

Mary A. Murillo, 75, of Bryan, passed away January 29, 2014 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 2, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Bryan City Cemetery.

Mary loved to sew and was an avid quilt maker. She also had a green thumb and could make anything grow. Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, who she loved dearly.

Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, frank Perez Hernandez and a son David Perez Hernandez.

Survivors include her husband, Erasmo Murillo; son, Frank Hernandez, Jr. and his wife Martha Jimenez; four grandchildren, Frank Hernandez, III, Amanda Hernandez Diaz and her husband David Diaz, Jr., Stephanie Hernandez Romero and her husband Michael Romero, and Ricky Hernandez; two brothers, Lee Amayo, Jr., Cipriano Rueda and his wife Ciprinia; three sisters, Isabel (Liz) Jones and her husband James, Marti Luna and her husband Ramon, and Refugia Aguillon; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
