Rosa Maria Munoz

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 11 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday with a 7:00 p.m. rosary at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.

Rosa was born August 2, 1946 in Bryan the daughter of Augustin and Lena (Avila) Munoz. She enjoyed taking trips with family to Louisiana to play the slot machines at the casinos. Rosa loved to cook and was a caregiver to others. She had a great love for each of her nieces and nephews; loved her Aggie’s too.

Rosa is preceded in death by her parents, Augustin and Lena Munoz.

She is survived by her brothers and sister-in-law, Johnny Munoz, Joe and Judy Munoz; sisters and brother-in-law, Margaret and Higino Corral, Janie Villarreal; dear friend, LaTrecia Lynn Green; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
