Sandra May (Brooks) West, 78, passed away peacefully at her home on March 12, 2021 with her family by her side.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Norwood Cemetery in Hearne. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 pm Friday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. A viewing will also be held from 12 - 1:30 pm Saturday at Five Point Baptist Church in Hearne.

Sandra was born April 17, 1942 in Dallas the daughter of James Milton and Mildred Virginia (Broyles) Brooks.

Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Morris West; and a daughter, Cheryl West.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Sheila West Schulz and Jerry Spies, Paula West McCarver and Michael; sister and brother-in-law, Marianne Miller and Robert; brother, James Milton Brooks Jr.; grandchildren, Michael Groessel, Shana and P.J., Chelsea Barrera Balli and Brianna, Shane McCarver and Brittney, and Travis McCarver and Brooke; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Whitley, Chase, Noah, David, Tre, Emma and Trace.
