Roderick Benjamin Scott

Roderick Benjamin Scott of Ft. Mohave, Az, passed away peacefully in his home at the age of 77 on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Roderick was born on November 16, 1947, in San Pedro, California to Roderick Irving and Grace Fredericka Scott. Roderick was predeceased by his loving wife of 39 years, Rori Leanne Scott, and two brothers, Gary Steven Scott and Michael George Scott. Roderick is survived by his two children, Shannon Lucinda Myers and Roderick Leleand Scott, his five grandchildren - Asa Sean Myers, Jr., Kevin Scott Myers, Mathew Alan Myers, MacKenzie Ray Wood, and Torrin Rickelle Scott – and two great-grandchildren – Maggie Renee Myers and Layla Lorene Myers. He is also survived by one brother, David Eugene Scott and three sisters, Marsha Diane Eddy, Saundra Grace Brower, and Susan Carol Byers.

Roderick was a Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a proud patriot who loved his Faith, Family, and Country. He a generous man who would give the shirt off of his back to help anyone in need. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Services for Roderick will be held at 11:30am on Saturday, October 25,2025 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 1690 River Gardens Dr., Bullhead City, Az 86442
