

An Iconic matriarch to her family and friends, Dona was the first woman Developer of the San Fernando Valley in the 1970s. A wife to an Aerospace Rocket Engineer and mother of 5 children. A loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. She was fierce, a provider, protector and motivator to all who knew her. A forward thinker who had seen life at its best and its very worst. Dona never gave up hope for a good business deal. She always said if you seek you will find and if you knock the door will open. She accomplished many great things, and was a pioneer for woman doing business. She was an entrepreneur at a time when woman especially, widowed ones were not seen as a power player, business woman or a money maker. All while being a single parent, Dona succeeded far beyond anyone’s expectations. She had an unbelievable seasoned life full of love and trials and was able to face life’s challenges without fear.
