Lois Steckel, a resident of Burbank for 44 years, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born in Ohio and was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Keck of 40 years and her second husband Paul Steckel of 8 years. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Kathy Keck of Wilmington, NC, Randy and Kathy Keck, as well as four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters in Ohio. She was a devoted member of First Christian Church, the Optimist club and PEO club of Burbank. Funeral services will be conducted at the First Christian Church of Burbank, 221 S 6th street, on Saturday, June 13, at 2pm.
