Mrs. Angela Colonello

COLONELLO , Angela Domenica (nee Basso)October 11, 1911 - February 17, 2011Born in Spilimbergo, Pordenone (Friuli), Italy. Immigrated to New Westminster, B.C. August 1949. Passed away peacefully February 17, 2011 at age 99 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Luigi 1976 and her grandson Mark Baldonero 1999. Survived by her daughters: Lillian (Luigi) Pasin, Marie (Angelo) Baldonero, son: Dennis (Loraine) Colonello. Grandchildren: David, Linda, John, Richard, Angela and Makayla. Great grandchildren: Zak, Jaden, Tristen, Cossette, Ashley, Nicole, Victoria, Luke, Katie and Alina. She was the foundation of our family and her values will be carried forward by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many relatives in Italy, France, Australia & the USA. She will be greatly missed. Special thanks to the staff of the Burnaby General Hospital 4th floor Overflow, TCU, and the Palliative Care Unit. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, February 23 at 8:00 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 24 at 10:00 a.m. at ST. THERESA'S PARISH - CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5146 Laurel Street, Burnaby (corner of Canada Way & Laurel). Entombment at Ocean View Mausoleum, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Burnaby General Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
