It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and friend following a very courageous battle with cancer. Mom passed away peacefully and with grace after a long, well lived and full life. Mom is predeceased by her devoted husband Edward and leaves behind her loving daughters Susan and Kathy along with faithful furry companion, Casey. We take happiness in knowing that after 8 years apart, Mom and Dad are together again. Our sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and care aides on the 8th floor, Centennial Pavilion VGH. We are so very grateful and appreciative for all of the care and support from the Palliative Care staff at VGH. Thank you for everything, your kindness will never be forgotten. As Mom would say, ‘I thank you from the bottom of my heart’. Service to be held at 1:30pm Monday, March 6th at the Chapel at Forest Lawn, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
A beautiful life
