It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Attilio Tonello, loving husband, father and nonno on August 26, 2015 at the age of 84 years. Attilio was born Savorgnano, San Vito, Friuli, Italy June 5, 1931. He is predeceased by his parents Umberto and Palmira, siblings Beppi, Ernestina and Elide. He is survived by his loving family, wife Christina; children Vanessa (Shane), Alex (Newsha); grandson Sammy; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2015 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 525 S. Slocan St., Vancouver, BC.
