It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Augusta "Tina" Tomei on September 22, 2026, in Burnaby, British Columbia, at the age of 88.

Born in Supino, Frosinone, Italy. Tina later immigrated to Canada to marry her husband, Giovanni Tomei, where they built their family and life together in Vancouver. She is survived by her children, Roy, Rita, and Sergio; her grandchildren, Jason, Sarah, Tony, Jordan and Reece. Tina was predeceased by her son, Roberto; and her siblings, Ernesto and Rina.

She will be deeply missed and cherished by the family she loved.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Ocean View Funeral Home October 8, 2026, at 1pm followed by a committal service 2:30 - 3:30, and reception at Ocean View Funeral Home & Burial Park, 4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC.
