Ching Shing (David) Yee, resided in Burnaby and passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 82.
David peacefully passed away after struggling with pneumonia and, in the end, succumbed to a cardiac event. David is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Lucy, his daughters, Amanda (Howard) and Lynette, his two grandchildren, Ethan and Hannah, his sister, Shirley (David), his sister-in-laws, Philomena and Dora, his nieces and nephews, Michael, Sandra, Julia and Brian and his grand-niece and nephews, Michelle, Mathew and Justin. He was predeceased by his sister, Mei Chan, and brothers, Peter and Robert.
