I would like to express my deepest condolence to you and your family.  May God bless you in this very difficult moment of grief.

Having been central to one of the most positive and influential families that I know, Mr. Alus Yip gone but surely not forgotten.  I wish to express my deepest condolences to the Yip family at this difficult time.

Dear Yips...Danika, Maxim and I are deeply saddened with the news. You are a beautiful, close knit family and we are sorry for your loss.
Just this last summer, Mrs. Yip was sharing her life experiences with me and she spoke fondly of Mr. Yip for being a good husband, father and son-in-law."  To win all three titles from his wife, I knew he had to be a great man and I would like to solute him and stand along side with you to honour him on Saturday.

My kids Preston, Canice and I want to express our deepest condolences to your mother, your sisters and you. May your father rest in the peace and comfort of God's arms. May God bless your family with the serenity and strength during this time.

Dear Mr. Yip it is very sad not to see you anymore in this life. I'm sure you will have  better it now, because you do not need to suffer anymore. We will always keep you in good memory, and may sure to stay in touch with your family, rest in peace.

It's with great sympathy to hear about your loss.  Though my meeting with Mr. Yip was brief, his love for your family and to each and every one of you is very obvious.  Please take comfort in knowing that he'll always be watching over you as he always have - condolences to your loss.
