David Toan Tan Nguyen was born in Saigon, Vietnam on September 19, 1951. He passed away in New Westminster, BC on February 4, 2010.He is survived by his children Andrew and Karen.Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Saturday, February 20, 2010 starting at 10am.
