November 16, 1934 – September 17, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Elisabetta Felicita Ciccozzi, on September 17, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 91.
Born in Poggio Picenze, L’Aquila, Italy, to Settimio and Carolina Rainaldi, Elisabetta later immigrated to Canada with her husband, Orazio Ciccozzi, where they built their family and life together in Vancouver.
She is survived by her children, Tony, Roberto, Anne and Sandra; her grandchildren, Janelle, Michael, Daniel, Roxanne, Alexandra, Ryan, Natalia, Alicia, and Andrew; and her great-grandchildren, Nathan and Camryn.
Elisabetta was predeceased by her husband, Orazio; her daughter, Carol; her parents, Settimio and Carolina; and her siblings, Antonio and Antonietta.
She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by the family she loved so generously.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Parish, 6350 Nanaimo St, Vancouver, BC, on October 7, 2026, at 11am followed by an Entombment Service and Reception at Ocean View Funeral Home & Burial Park, 4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC.
The family requests donations to BC Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
