Born in Blind Bay, BC, Buck is survived by his wife of 67 years Luanna, daughters Leanne, Marilyn (Don), Shelley (Mike), grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Constance (Harrison), brother Herb, and sisters Laura, May, Fern and Marie. An ocean lover, avid boater and fisherman, he was involved with the Wooden Boat Society and Burrard Power Squadron. He was a lifetime member of Burnaby Parks and Recreation and involved with the Heritage Village 1971 Centennial Project. In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Lung Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or charity of choice. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel at 3789 Royal Oak Avenue in Burnaby.
