Felice Battista

Felice Battista, age 89, passed away on June 5, 2026. Born in Civitanova del Sannio, Italy, Felice made the courageous journey to Canada in 1955, where he built a life defined by hard work, devotion, and family. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Concetta, who passed away in October 2025. Felice will be missed by his daughter, Maria, and son-in-law, Joe. He was the cherished grandfather of Michaela and Miranda, grandson in law Arjan, and the proud great-grandfather of Ariana. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, on June 16, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Francis De Sales Parish, 6610 Balmoral St, Burnaby, on June 17, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Entombment will follow at Ocean View Funeral Home & Burial Park, 4000 Imperial St, Burnaby on June 17, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

All are invited to a reception for food, fellowship and to share memories of Felice in the church at St. Francis de Sales Parish following the entombment.
