It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Filippo Giovanni Canonaco on March 16 2012 at the age of 75 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His love, presence and focus on family will be missed by his loving Wife Rosetta, Daughter Rosemarie (Gino), Daughter Gianna, Son Natale, Grandchildren Alexander and Matthew, Sister Maria (Alberto) and family, John (Tonia) and family, Joe (Lena) and family, Lynn and family, Frank (Maria) and family, Teresa (Nino) and family, many nieces, nephews and friends. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, March 21st at 7:00 pm at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 3860 Triumph St. Burnaby where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 22nd at 10:00 am. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum.
