Frances was pre-deceased by her parents Mary and George Rempel, sister Lydia Stobbe, and brother Ken Rempel.
Frances is survived by her spouse, Donald Henry Toews; children, Dale Toews (Kim); Denise Carrol-McLean (Mike); grandchildren Emily Carroll, Abby Carroll, Jakob Toews, and Nicholas Toews; step-grandchildren Spencer McLean and Taylor McLean, and many nieces and nephews. Frances is also survived by her sisters Clara Koehn (Ernie) of 108 Mile House, Joyce Gillespie of Vineland Station, ON, and Janice Clark of Grimsby, ON.
Frances and Donald were married on June 27, 1959.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 12th at the Cloverdale Baptist Church, 18685 64th Avenue, Surrey, BC.
