Born in Hong Kong on October 20th, 1950 ~ Passed away in Coquitlam, British Columbia on November 25th, 2011. Francis will be dearly missed by his family, relatives and friends. A Prayer Service will be held at St. Francis de Sales Parish, 6610 Balmoral Street, Burnaby, BC on Tuesday, December 6th, 2011 at 6:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis de Sales Parish on Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 at 10:00 pm. Cremation to follow at West Coast Crematorium, Burnaby, BC.
