He was predeceased by his parents, Benvenuto and Marianna; his beloved wife, Anna; and his brothers-in-law, Romano and Antonio.
Frank is survived by his loving family: his son, Vanis (Janis); grandchildren, Michael (Vanessa) and Natalie (Aaron); great-grandchildren, Aria, Isabel, Lucas and Erica; his brother, Firmino (Georgina); sisters-in-law, Iolanda and Giuliana; and many nieces, nephews, friends and his best friend, Joe Fabbro.
Frank was born on November 11, 1928, in Orcenico Superiore, Italy. He married Anna in 1953 and shortly afterward, left Italy for his new home in Michel, BC. Anna followed six months later. Frank worked in the coal mines for two years, and in 1955, their son Vanis was born. In 1957, they moved to Vancouver and began their new life together.
Frank worked as a stucco plasterer for 35 years. He was a hardworking man who also knew how to enjoy life. His greatest passions were gardening and fishing, but above all, he was proudest of his family, whom he loved very much.
