Gim Sing was born in a small village in Southern China called Hing Mee. He was the youngest, with three older sisters who adored him. Gim Sing is survived by his wife of 56 years, Josephine; his daughter Anna, son-in-law Douglas, granddaughter Taylor; his son Sandy & daughter-in-law Joyce; and family members in Canada, the US, Australia & Asia.
Gim Sing immigrated to Canada when he was sixteen years old. He was a hardworking man that was dedicated to his family.
He was always a quiet person who loved to do things with his hands. He had a love for photography, games, pets, gardening, cooking, & crafts. He inherited a love of sweets, which he most definitely passed on to subsequent generations.
He will be remembered always and will hold a dear place in all our hearts.
