It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Grazia Loconte at Louis Brier Home in Vancouver, BC. Grazia was born in Bitritto, Italy, on November 27, 1942, and immigrated to Canada with her husband in 1961.
Grazia was predeceased by her husband, Ambrogio, and her sister, Giuseppina (Pina). She is survived by her devoted children, Antonio (Maria) and Rosa; her cherished grandchildren, Alexander, Victoria, Christina, and Matthew; her loving sisters, Francesca and Antonia (Tonia); and many nieces and nephews who will remember her warmth and generosity.
Grazia was known for her hospitality, her love of cooking, and her dedication to her family.
A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10:00am on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Home Chapel.
Entombment will follow at the South Mausoleum at Ocean View Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice in her honor would be deeply appreciated.
