With heartfelt sadness, Henry Hasebe of Burnaby passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026 at Burnaby Hospital palliative care unit. Born in Westbank, BC, Henry will be greatly missed by his wife of 67 years, Betty, children Lisa, Elaine, and Owen, brother Douglas, nieces and nephews. Henry will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, strength and resilience.
A viewing will be held May 21, 2026 4:30pm-6:30 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby. A private graveside service will be held on May 22, 2026 at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby.
