Mrs. Hercia Alicia Delgado

She died peacefully surrounded by her loving family and caregivers.

Hercia was predeceased by her beloved husband Steven. She is survived by her three daughters, Louann, Toni and Marie, sister-in-law Theresa, brother-in-law Brian, her sisters Marie and Gerry, niece Edwina, nephew Peter and many other nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by extended family members and close friends.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Mary, primary caregiver, whose patience, tender care, dedication and love made it possible for Hercia to remain home comfortably and with dignity. Thanks also to Joy, Jing and Gemma and all the other caregivers for their kindness, support and exceptional care shown to Hercia during her illness and who were by her side during her final months. We can't thank you enough for the love you have given to our dear mother.

A very special thank you to all the community nurses and palliative care nurses for being by our mother's side managing her symptoms so she could pass away peacefully and with dignity. Your kindness, patience, and gentle presence brought immense comfort not only to our mother, but her entire family during this difficult time.
