Passed away peacefully with family by her side on April 8th at Lions Gate Hospital with special care from Dr. Wayne Smith. Ines was an exceptional, beautiful woman. She brought happiness, wisdom and courage to all of those that were lucky enough to have known her. She was full of life and laughter. Her passion was her family and her friends. She loved to cook large Italian meals, loved to sing and dance the night away when given the chance. Her heart was always open to help others. Even in her final days at Lions Gate Hospital, she managed to make those around her smile and laugh. She often sang to us one of her favorite songs "Que sera sera, whatever will be, will be, the future is not ours to see, Que sera sera." We will miss her more than words could ever express. She leaves behind children, Diane, Ron and Dan, grandchildren Cole, Kyle, Brianne, Brandon, Kayla and Michael also great-grandchild Dax, as well as many other family and friends both in Canada and in Italy. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Ocean View Funeral Home Chapel, 4000 Imperial Street in Burnaby. Entombment and reception to follow.
