Born to Candido and Isabel Carsula on January 30 1941 in Cebu City, Philippines, he would eventually move to Canada where he would meet and marry his wife Luisa.
He was a gentle and loving man, known for his strong willed, stubborn streak. He had a love for sports, particularly basketball and boxing. He enjoyed spending time with his family first and foremost, from fishing, dancing, and parties, even if it meant staying with his wife at the casino.
He is survived by his wife, Luisa; His children Amyle and Jason, and his granddaughter Alexandra.
