Jane Elizabeth Ann Jasamanidse

It is with heartfelt sorrow and everlasting love that we announce the passing of a devoted wife, loving mother and true friend. Although far too soon, Jane's life journey came to a peaceful end at Vancouver General Hospital on April 20, 2015 where she was surrounded by family and friends. Jane was loved by many who were drawn to her outgoing personality, easy going nature, sense of humour and above all else, her beautiful and contagious smile. Jane loved deeply and without reservation, her kindness and generosity knew no limits. She enriched the lives of all who knew her. Jane was predeceased by her beloved son, James in 2006, her mother and father, Frank and Mary (Mayme) Norris, her father-in-law George (Suliko) Jasamanidse, her brothers, Frank and Jack and her brother-in-law Alex. She is survived by her loving husband Bob, her daughter Shauna (Cameron), her sisters, Josephine, Tricia (Vern), Theresa, Cathy and brothers, Len (Ilona), David, Colin (Jeannie) and her twin brother, Jim (Lola) and their families. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Martha Jasamanidse, sister-in-law Tamara Pilkington (Terry) and brother-in-law Albert Jasamanidse (Nancy) and their families. Prayers Monday May 4, 2015 at 7:30 pm and Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, May 5, 2015 11:00 am both at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 555 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Interment to follow at Ocean View Cemetery. (In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Cancer Agency would be appreciated.) Location of Celebration of life to be announced.
