It is with profound sadness we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of Jimmy Chui. Beloved, cherished, and sorely missed, we will send him off with a funeral service at 10am on Fri. Apr 29th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park (https://goo.gl/maps/iChbsDPpEQ81mAhw9). There will be a visitation at the same location 4:30pm-6:30pm on Thursday Apr 28th. If you could indicate in the form (link below) whether you plan to attend it would be helpful for logistical purposes.

As you all know, Jimmy's kids were his world. The family asks that instead of flowers, a contribution to help with his two young children, Emily and Jacob, would be preferred. Methods for contribution are listed below.
