Tam Lai-Wun passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, at Burnaby Hospital, where she received exceptional care during her final days. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Ho Tung-Ching, who predeceased her in 2021.
Lai-Wun’s warmth, devotion, and love live on through her children, Anthony, Peter, and Teresa, and her cherished grandchildren, Evan, Aidan, Charlie, and Jimmy. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her immediate family, as well as her many nieces, nephews, and grandnephews across Canada, Hong Kong, the United States, and Macau.

In lieu of flowers or traditional condolence money (Bai Jin), the family kindly requests that memorial donations be directed to the Burnaby Hospital Foundation to honor the compassionate medical team who supported her.
