Born in Kimberley BC August 26, 1927, she was the loving daughter of Margaret and Charlie Wing and step father Dick Chan.
Predeceased by her husband, Oscar d’Oliveira, her parents and siblings, Jim of Vancouver, Violet of Hong Kong, Henry of Florida and Emily of Burnaby.
Lily was a longtime resident of Vancouver and worked tirelessly for decades as a business administrator for engineering firms, as well as energy and gas companies in both British Columbia and Alberta.
She is survived by her three sons, Gilbert (Karen), Ralph (Marian), and Douglas (Sarah) 6 grandchildren and a great grandson. She loved to read, participate in curling on ice, knit sweaters and heavy wool jackets and play bridge.
Her funeral service will be 1:00 pm on January 7 2022. Burial at 11:00 am on January 21, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak ave.
