It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, nonna and bisnonna Maria Fabiano.
Maria was born July 22, 1923 in Savelli Italy. She is survived by her loving family - son Joe (Lina), daughter Cathy; grandchildren Maria(Matt), Vince, Elisa(Enzo), Carla(David); great grandchildren Talia, Nicca, Christian, Stella, Dante, Gabriel, Teo, Tristan. She also leaves an extended family of nieces and nephews here, in Italy and in Argentina.
Maria will be remembered for her generosity and unconditional love she had for her family and extended family. Maria was happiest when she was surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a giving person who donated unselfishly to numerous charities.
We are grateful for the excellent and passionate care our mother received from her caregiver Jhona Claro. As well thank you to Dr. Rusnak, nurse Joti and all the support workers.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:30am at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Avenue, Burnaby.
