He is predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Anna Maria, his son Roberto and his son -in- law Alan. He is survived by his three children: Nevia, Rosanna (John), Luciano (Annamaria), daughter-in-law Carol, eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Mario was a devoted parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi (Vancouver, BC) and was involved in many projects.
He had a great sense of humour, and had a passion for his garden, sports, especially soccer and fishing. He will be fondly missed.
Evening visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th from 7 pm to 9 pm at Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday September 16th, 2026 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish 2025 Napier St, Vancouver, BC at 11:00 am. The Entombment Service will follow at 1:00 pm at Ocean View Cemetery's South Mausoleum, 4000 Imperial St. Burnaby, BC.
