Mr. Mike Chan passed away in Vancouver, BC on November 25, 2011 in his 86th year.
Funeral service will take place in The Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 10:00 am. Burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
