I was very sad to hear about Mike's passing.

I first met Mike in 2011 when visiting the Po Yuen Taoist Society to learn about Taoism. He was always kind, and willing to teach me, and give advice. When I remember Mike, I remember the virtues he possessed. As he was a great example of a good man, and a Taoist. I will always be grateful to have known him.

I am very sorry for your loss. I worked with Mike at Sacré-Davey for the last 8 years and really enjoyed the times I spent with him. Mike was good at his job but more importantly made the work environment a better place to be. He had, from my perspective, a great sense of humor and was always happy and smiling. Among others, he shared stories of his time in Vietnam and was always positive about his life in Canada.

It was with tremendous sadness that we learnt of Mike's passing and he is missed at Sacré-Davey. I was lucky to have met, and worked alongside Mike, and have good memories of those times.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time. 

We first got in touch with Mike was around 2005 when the Po Yuen Taoist Society intended to establish a website.  Mike is a real gentleman, and a good friend of ours.   In addition to taoism affairs, he never said "no" to any personal request for help and assistance.  

Mike's passing away is  really a big shock to all of us, including our nephew and niece in Vancouver BC, who are also Mike's friends.

Our deepest condolences to his family and to Kelly for Mike's sudden passing.

Mike has reached out to so many people's life where they will have good memories for who he was.
  
I first met Mike when he became a member of Po Yuen and he was a sounding board to my dad for different matters going on at the society.    He then introduced my mom and me to his great group of friends from BCIT after my Dad had passed away.

He has been an instrumental in our society’s social housing project with his expertise in reviewing and making changes to our drawings.

His laughter and dedication will always be remembered.

I was very surprised to hear of Mike's passing.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike on many projects at Sacré-Davey, and I will miss Mike's lighthearted sense of humour. We always got the work done, Mike showed us how to not always take ourselves so seriously.

We were in total disbelief and deeply saddened to learn of Mike passing away. 
  
Our condolences and thoughts go out to the Wong family and to Kelly, as we can imagine how deeply shaken up they were by this unexpected turn of fate. 

Throughout life, we all come across many people but few can be genuinely described as a true breath of fresh air and an exemplary display of the best that humanity has to offer. Mike was such a person in which you would want to get to know and to keep as a good friend.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Mike's pass away.

I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for Mike's family especially to his wife.

He was such a gentle and kind soul. His fun and laughter was still around in the air.
