Born in Fiji, Navin immigrated to Canada in 1973 at the age of 29. Through hard work and determination, he put himself through school and graduated from the University of British Columbia as a Certified General Accountant. He went on to enjoy a distinguished career of more than 30 years with the Canada Revenue Agency. Navin was a longtime member of the Fiji Canada Association, and also pursued a passion for real estate over the years.
