Born in 1939 in Taishan County, Guangdong Province, China, to Yin Chan Lee and Tong Tai Lao, Ping Siu built a life grounded in hard work, devotion, and love for her family. Throughout her working life, she was a skilled seamstress
Ping Siu was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose family was her greatest joy. She shared her life with her husband, Chun Lam, and together they built a family that grew to include their children, Alex, Bruce, Calvin, and Daisy, along with their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She will be lovingly remembered by Bruce and Arlene, Calvin and Faye, and Daisy and Lawrence; her grandchildren, Marcus, Jennifer, Jessica, Stephanie, Michelle, Amanda, and Brandon; and her great-grandchildren, Leo, Luca, Mia, and Theodore. She treasured watching her family grow through the generations, and showed her love through cooking many wonderful Cantonese dishes and baked goods.
