We express our deepest condolences to Wanda, and all of the family.
He was such a genuinely precious man; he exuded such an enthusiastic love for Jesus; he was a fervent prayer warrior;  had a great love of Japan ; & was a friend who stood by in hard times. 
He will be  greatly missed. 
 Yet Ray can say with St Paul:
  “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness."  ( 2 Tim 4:7)

My deepest condolences to Wanda and family.  Having known Ray and Wanda for many years, I have grown to love and appreciate them.  His passing will leave a large hole in the lives around him but I praise God for the knowledge that Ray is now rejoicing in Heaven.  I do not say "Rest in Peace".  Instead I say "Dance with the Angels, Ray", and continue to be a blessing in Heaven.   God bless and touch the living of Ray's family and friends.

Dad l miss you so much .life will not be the same without  your humor  or smile. Thank you for all  you have done for  us.l wish l could hold your hand one more time.Dad humor and deep  faith got him through  some very difficult  times. Mr. Ray Cooper, 
We thank you for that you worked several years for Mizonokuchi Christ Church as an English teacher. You were a great teacher.

 We know that you lived a roller coaster 90-year-life. You loved many Japanese living and studying in Canada and told them the love of God. God knows that and rewards you in Heaven for your distinguished service on Earth. 

We are worrying that Wanda misses you. We pray for her. May God give her comfort.

Words cannot express how much Ray meant to me. He was my best friend who embraced me with total acceptance and unconditional love. He was my Christian dad who gave me second chances in life. Without meeting Ray, my life would have been empty and hollow. 

I cannot thank you enough for always being there for me, Ray. You are truly one of a kind and there won’t be anyone as special as you - ever. Now enjoy eternity with Jesus because you’ve waited all your life. I love you.

Dear Wanda,
Sorry to hear of the passing of your husband Ray.
You have ministered together for so many years, in the Lord's work.
May He bring you comfort, and guide your every step, as you move forward to peace and healing.

I stayed with them for three weeks from September 15, 1994. 
He was always kind.
He had a good sence of   humor. 
Ray and Wanda  came to Japan in 2003.
They celebrated the birth of my daughter. 
 I wanted to see  them again with  my children  in Canada.
 I pray for the repose of his soul.

Ray will be missed by all of us.  The stories were always interesting.  Ray also had a great sense of humor.

Ray was a wonderful man, very kind and quick with a fast joke when needed. He always greeted you like he was the happiest person in the room to see you. Rest peacefully Ray.
