Sau Ching Choi

Continuing to lovingly watch over us in her new place of joy and peace: Wing Kwong Choi (husband); Warren Choi (eldest son) and his family, Barbara Jean Choi (daughter-in-law), Michael Warren Choi (grandson), Melody Barbara-Jean Choi (granddaughter); James Choi (son) and his family, Angelina Choi (daughter-in-law), Jayna Jade Choi (granddaughter), Jaylin James Choi (grandson).

Born in Hong Kong, she still has several brothers, sisters and friends that will miss her.

In her own unique special way, she was the ultimate loving mother who sacrificed to put her family before herself. Sau Ching Choi was the purest definition of strength in all the facets of life.

In the face of all her challenges and struggles, she endured, always patient and never complained. She was the bright side of things, always living life to her fullest, a happy soul who took great pleasure in hearing of other’s lives.

In more recent times, her light shone even more bright watching all her grandchildren grow. As their Yin Yin (grandmother) she was so very proud of them. All her hopes and dreams now projected onto them to achieve fulfilling, purposeful and happy lives. Yin Yin was so pure in her emotions of joy when the topic of any of her grandchildren came up.

Sau Ching Choi/Mom/Yin Yin has moved on from this physical place to one where she is at peace and comfortable. Where she is going on long beautiful walks, dancing and running when she feels, eating whatever abundantly delicious foods she wants and having the funnest time. She’s truly free.

Please respect and understand Sau Ching Choi’s personal request for a private and intimate funeral with direct family and limited attendees. I know my mom appreciates and thanks all in their efforts, thoughts and wishes on her new journey.

喺家人嘅陪伴下, Choi, Sau Ching 安詳地離世。

繼續在她喜樂與平安的新地方慈愛地守護著我們：Wing Kwong Choi（丈夫）; Warren Choi（長子）和他的家人，Barbara Jean Choi（兒媳），

Michael Warren Choi（孫子），Melody Barbara-Jean Choi（孫女）;

James Choi（兒子）和他的家人，Angelina Choi（兒媳），

Jayna Jade Choi（孫女），Jaylin James Choi（孫子）。

她出生喺香港，仍然有幾個兄弟姐妹同朋友會掛住佢。

以她自己獨特嘅特殊方式，佢係最終嘅慈愛母親，佢犧牲咗把家庭置於自己之上。 Sau Ching Choi 係生活各個方面對力量最純粹嘅定義。

面對所有嘅挑戰同掙扎，她忍受住，始終忍耐，從不抱怨。 佢係事物光明嘅一面，成日過住充實嘅生活，一個快樂嘅靈魂，好开心聽到人嘅生活。

喺最近嘅時間入面，睇住佢所有嘅孫仔孫女大個，她的光芒更加明亮。 作為他們的仁仁（祖母），她為他們感到非常自豪。 佢所有嘅希望同夢想而家都投射喺佢哋身上，以實現充實、有目的同幸福嘅生活。 仁仁嘅喜悅情緒係咁純潔，当她的任何一個孫仔孫女嘅話題出現時。

Sau Ching Choi/媽媽/仁仁已經由呢個物理嘅地方搬到了一個她平靜和舒適嘅地方。 喺嗰度，佢會進行漫長嘅靚散步，喺佢感覺到嘅時候跳舞同跑步，食任何佢想食嘅美味食物，享受最有趣嘅時光。 佢係真正自由嘅。

請尊重並理解 Sau Ching Choi 個人要求與直系親屬和有限的參與者舉行私人和親密的葬禮。 我知我媽咪好欣賞並感謝佢哋喺新旅程中所做嘅努力、想法同祝願。
