

She came from a family of two elder sisters, one younger sister, and two younger brothers. She left Shanghai for Hong Kong at the age of 15 to support her family in Shanghai. She married in Hong Kong in 1964 and moved to Canada in 1976. Life was never easy for her, but she was a strong and determined person. She was survived by her husband of 62 years, Shing Ho Chu. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Helen (Dominic), Richard (Yani), and her grandchildren, Alisha and Aric. Mom, we want you to know that we appreciate the sacrifices that you had made for all of us.
We were blessed to have you in our lives and we all love you very much. You are in a better place now. May you Rest In Peace.
