Siham Assad Nasr

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Siham Nasr, our dearly beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. After years of struggle with Parkinson's disease, Siham passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 14th in palliative care at Burnaby General Hospital. She is survived by her loving son Andre (Anna), daughter Rima, daughter Rita (Adam), son Alex, and grandchildren Kevin, Paul, Joshua, Zak, Leila and her siblings, Sam, Sarah, Eli, Leila and Joseph. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Siham was known for her warm and fun-loving personality and her endless generosity and kindness. Her home was always a welcoming and friendly place and her table always had room for everyone.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 30, 2022 at St. Georges Parish at Francis de Sales Parish, 6610 Balmoral Street, Burnaby, BC. A short reception will follow immediately after the funeral service in the church hall. The interment will take place at 2:00 pm at the South Mausoleum at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, B.C.
