Slawomir (Swavek) Trzeciak born Nov 10, 1942 in Tarnoszyn, Poland. He was married for 42 years to his late wife Genowefa. Slawomir grew up on a small farm in Karsk, Poland where he logged with horses until he moved to Vancouver, Canada in 1982. After moving to Vancouver, he worked at Standard Building Supplies as a yardman.
Once he retired, he moved to Beaverlodge, Alberta to live with his daughter, son in law and granddaughter. He loved his family with his whole heart and made friends wherever he went (even though his English wasn’t perfect)
Slawomir’s favourite things to do was to listen to Daniel O’Donnel, Celtic women musicals and take care of his homing pigeons and horses. ( and all the other animals his granddaughter would rescue)
He was a gentle, kind, and loving Father. Nothing filled his heart more than being a grandfather. He will be dearly missed by his family and his many friends.
