Todd Gerald Smith

To know Todd was to know kindness, laughter, and a heart that always had room for others. He had a natural way of making people feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Whether through a joke, a listening ear, or simply his presence, Todd touched the lives of countless people and left every one of them better for having known him. For 16 wonderful years, Todd shared a loving marriage with his wife, Gwen. Together they built a life filled with love, friendship, loyalty, and memories that will be treasured forever. Todd was a devoted father to his children, Todd and June, and throughout his life became a father figure to many others. Family, for Todd, was never limited by blood. If he loved you, you were family.

Todd had a gift for finding joy in life and sharing it with those around him. He loved a good laugh and had a particular fondness for British comedy. Few things made him happier than watching Red Dwarf, quoting his favourite moments, and enjoying a laugh with loved ones. His sense of humour was one of the many things people were drawn to, and it remained with him throughout his life.

He was also a passionate collector of Hot Wheels, always excited by the thrill of finding a new addition to his collection. As a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he supported his team with unwavering dedication, celebrating the highs and enduring the lows with equal enthusiasm.

One of Todd's most loved times of the year was Halloween. He looked forward to it with the excitement of a child, enjoying the fun, the atmosphere, and everything that came with the season. It reflected who he was at heart, someone who never lost his sense of wonder and knew how to find happiness in life's simple pleasures.

More than any hobby or interest, Todd will be remembered for the way he treated people. He was caring, generous, loyal, and genuine. He celebrated the good times with those he loved and stood beside them during the difficult ones. His warmth, compassion, and easy smile created memories that will live on forever.

While our hearts are broken by his loss, there is comfort in knowing that Todd is now reunited with his beloved daughter, June. The bond they shared was never broken, and we find peace in imagining them together again.

Todd will be deeply missed by his wife Gwen, his son Todd, his family, his friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

His laughter will echo in our memories, his kindness will remain in our hearts, and his love will continue to guide us.
