We are deeply saddened by the passing of Vincenzo Mauro on February 29, 2016 at the age of 84 years. He is predeceased by his father Francesco and mother Maria. He is survived by his loving wife Elena; children Francesco (Rita), Teresa (John), Maria (Loren); grandchildren Michael, Jordan, Megan, Diana, Daniel, Stephanie, Brandon; sisters Alba (Frank), Ada, Olga; brother-in-law Orlando and many nieces, nephews and friends. Prayers will be offered 8p.m. on Friday, March 4th at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 2025 Napier St., Vancouver, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11a.m on Saturday, March 5th . Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
