A native of Hong Kong, Mary graduated from Tai Tung Middle School in Kowloon in July of 1968. Shortly after, she immigrated to North America with her beloved husband, Kam Man Jimmy Lee. They eventually settled in Houston, BC, where they spent over 30 years serving the finest food and drink to their community. Upon retiring in 2016, Mary and Jimmy moved to Vancouver, BC, to be near their cherished grandchildren.
Mary will be forever remembered and loved by her son Michael (Natasha), her daughter Caroline (Chris), and her four precious grandchildren: Caden, Caleb, Cameilla, and Markus.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jimmy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM at 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, BC. Burial will follow at 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
