Our family is saddend to announce the passing of Hoo Jang, Yin Chor. She was born in Chungsan, GuangDong, China on September 6, 1936. Passing away peacefully on July 10, 2026 surrounded by loved ones at the age of 89 years.
Yin Chor took pride in being a member of the Chungsan Association. Playing mahjong practically twice a week, as well as making gokjay and other specialties of hers for all the big events held there.
Her love for cooking was part of her love for her grandson and daughter.
Yin Chor will be deeply missed by family and friends.
