Yuen Billy Fat Fung

With his granddaughter, Kayesha Fung and his younger brother, Simon Fung by his side, Billy left us much too soon. At only 74 years of age, Billy was full of life and young at heart.

Born to mother Wong King and father Fung Ming, Billy was the eldest son to 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Billy enjoyed socializing, entertaining and just plain being silly. He had a terrific sense of humour and was quite mischievous at times.

Always with a joke on his tongue a smile on his lips, Billy's likeable nature made for very easy conversation. With his vast knowledge of all subjects, sometimes those conversations could last for hours.

He loved music and was very proud of his music collection, which consisted of over 1000 albums. In his younger years, Billy played in bands while in Hong Kong and loved playing a variety of musical instruments, but the guitar was his favourite. Mostly self-taught, nothing could hold back Billy and his passion for music.

Survived by his daughter, Patricia; his son, Warren; and his grand daughter, Kayesha; Billy will be greatly missed.
