

On April 29, 2026, Jean B. Tuttle was called to reunite with the love of her life and Jesus, making heaven her new home. She was surrounded by her family and faded peacefully, bringing an end to 83 years on this earth.
Born April 20, 1943, to Gilbert and Melinda Boatright in Austin, Texas, Jean spent her childhood running the streets of old Austin and made precious memories on her grandparents’ farm with her uncles and cousins, that she would share with her kids and grandkids often. Her sister Sharon was her very best friend, and they both loved to dance and listen to music.
She married her true love David Tuttle on June 27, 1962, and became a mother in 1963 to David Jr., then Darren, and completed their family of 3 beautiful children with the birth of her daughter Gina in 1969.
She tacked on the title of “Nana” in 1986 and took care of all 7 of her grandchildren for the years to come. She became a great grandma in 2008 and welcomed 12 of her 13 great-grandchildren into this world pouring so much love into each of them.
She is preceded in death by her parents Gilbert and Melinda, Sister Sharon, Brother-in Law Nathan, and Husband David. She is survived by her 3 children, David, Darren, Gina and their spouses, Kathy, Michelle, Steven Wolff, her nephew Jason, who she absolutely adored. Her Grandchildren, Rachel, Ryan, Haylee, Travis, Courtney, Hunter, Danielle & their spouses that were her grandchildren also, Matt, Denisse, Dylan, Morgan, Micah, and Neil. Her great grandchildren, Matthew, Parker, Luke, Isla, Jace, Emmie, Calahan, Sunny, McCoy, Maddox, Stella, Lincoln, and is greeting her soon to be grandson in heaven before he makes his way earthside.
She lived a full and happy life, filled with love, laughter and joy. She was a beautiful soul and wonderful Mother, Nana, and Nene. She will be thought of always and missed forever.
The family will be hosting a celebration of life on a date to be determined.
