Sheron Lynn McBurney

Sheron Hauschel McBurney, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away in Burnet on 1/31/2019 after a long, hard fought battle with COPD.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Gerald McBurney; sons Will and Cathleen McBurney of Austin and Rick and Lisa McBurney of San Ramon, CA, twin sister Sandy Sterner and sister Tina Reese. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Meghan and Molly of Austin and Ryan of CA.

Sheron and Gerald grew up in the Glenwood Springs area of Colorado. After leaving CO, they traveled the world, even living in Egypt and Dubai.

Services are tentatively scheduled for July 21, 2019 in New Castle, CO.
